Remote Mikrotik Using Your Own Domain

To make the process of remote proxy router from the Internet using their own domain should be prepared, namely:
- Mikrotik OS Version 6:14 and above, because the version under 6:14 yet there are features IP Cloud.
- Domain and Hosting course




#note:
- Mikrotik must be connected directly to the Internet "using Public IP Static / Dynamic"

Steps taken to Mikrotik GW
- I assume that Mikrotik RB has been connected to the Internet.
- Enable IP Coud or often referred to by practitioners DDNS Network Engineer



- The introduction of IP Cloud Mikrotik
1. Mikrotik Router will process the request to the IP Cloud DNS name servers that the domain name will be used to perform remote process to M ikrotik or Server.
(Examples are provided mikrotik.com DNS name: 123456789abc.sn.mynetname.net)
2. The domain naming format that is generated based on the serial number routerboard we wear like [SN RouterBoard] .sn.mynetname.net.
4. Router Public IP will examine changes every 1 minute and update its IP to IP Cloud server.
5. Request DDNS mikrotik use protocol UDP port 39752. Make sure your proxy firewall does not block the protocol and the port.

Steps taken on Hosting
- Login to CPanel> Simple zone editor

- In the name column of the content according to your desires here I try to use the name "mikrotikindo" and should automatically be added to the domain name that has been integrated in hosting.

- In the column enter a name CNAME IP Cloud Mikrotik
- Click Add CNAME Record




- Perform testing process
